Built by Amar Chand Badwa, Prime Minister of Mewar, the haveli's rooms now hold costumes, puppets, glasswork and a giant turban collection.
Every evening the courtyard hosts Dharohar: an hour of Rajasthani folk dance and puppetry, ending with the pot-balancing Bhavai.
